I finished this last week but we have hardly been here, we had a week at Center Parcs with the kids, back for two days and then down to my mum's in North London. We got back a couple of hours ago so time to catch up on blogging, flickring and sewing!!
I am so in love with this quilt and fabric!!! It is the first time I have done straight line quilting and I think it works really well with the fabric and disappearing 9 patch.
I finished off my scraps with a pieced back which I like almost as much as the front!
And of course the pesky binding which I had to order more of from the states as I didn't have enough!!
The Fat Quarter Shop were super speedy - so thank you to them!

ReplyDeleteYou have done a great job! Like you I like the back, it is very simple but the colours of the blocks make it look as nice as the front.
