Pinwheel quilt

I have completed my biggest quilt ever! A king sized one for our bed! The pattern is a simple pin wheel in lovely bright colours, Sandy Henderson for Michael Miller, contrasted against a clean White (which will only be for a short while with my children around!).

I machine quilted in a stipple - getting the hang of that now. I will post some better pictures when the weather improves and I can take it outside.

  1. It's so pretty! I love, love pinwheels but have yet to make a pinwheel quilt of any sort. You did a beautiful job!

  2. Yay! It looks fabuloso. I had a go at stippling today and laughed so hard at my pathetic attempts I nearly had an accident. It's HARD! Also Love the potholders. X

  4. This is so beautiful! I have all the fabric to make myself a king size quilt but I only have a couple of blocks done.
